C.B.C.’s Discipleship Process:

For people to: INTEGRATE God's truth into their life, with others who have a common INTEREST, (in the case of youth this is determined by whether they are in Jr. or Sr. High ) to reach out to their community in service to INFLUENCE them with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Sunday morning is designed to integrate the student with God. Wednesday night is an outflow of what happened on Sunday morning - the purpose - to create a “process” that intentionally builds on what was presented on Sunday - this is where the students with similar interests (in the case of youth this is determined by whether they are in Jr. or Sr. High) will grow deeper in their understanding based on what was learned Sunday. Finally comes, influencing the world. An intentional “movement” through this process should create a healthy opportunity for the student to have a knowledge and context of how to serve the world. This will be accomplished through group-wide service projects, small group leader-lead projects, & by the students taking a “missional” attitude about their own lives and living it out at home, school, & work.
