Wedding ceremonies at Country Bible Church are religious occasions, giving each couple a unique opportunity to express their deepest commitments to each other. They are solemn, yet joyful events, reflecting the couple’s most profound feelings. The vows which are made, though to each other, are also made to God. The presiding Pastor and the wedding coordinator will suggest a ceremony and ways in which it can be made your very own blessed event.

GENERAL ARRANGEMENTS
Make wedding arrangements as far in advance as possible. When you have determined the date on which to have your wedding, contact the church office to check the availability of the desired date. The Wedding Coordinator will contact you and provide you with an informational packet and necessary forms.

WEDDING POLICIES
Each couple requesting to be married at Country Bible Church must meet the requirements set forth in the informational packet sent to them. Couples are expected to complete all forms and abide by the standards set forth by the church.

PASTORS
Pastors are responsible for all weddings at Country Bible Church. Each Pastor has the authority to marry individuals on or off church property. He also has the authority to decline to perform ceremonies if he is so inclined. Under special circumstances however, as a courtesy to the bride and groom, an invited guest officiate can assist in or perform their ceremony. All ceremonies held on church property will be consistent with Country Bible Church’s beliefs and practices.

PREMARITAL COUNSELING
All couples are expected to meet with a pastor and attend pre-marital sessions.  This is an excellent opportunity to discuss and explore the many challenges every marriage faces, and to ensure your marriage grows with you. Counseling usually consists of four to six sessions scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

WEDDING COORDINATOR
The Wedding Coordinator will develop and provide a comprehensive packet of information to the bride and or groom. It is the responsibility of our Wedding Coordinator to assist the couple and their families during the planning process through the actual day’s event as they pertain to the facility use. She will conduct the rehearsal prior to the wedding as well as direct the wedding and provide assistance to the wedding party. She will work with the appropriate staff of Country Bible Church.

MARRIAGE LICENSE
It is understood that no Pastor of Country Bible Church can or will perform a wedding ceremony for anyone who has not provided the church with a legal marriage license. This is the responsibility of the couple. The license must be presented to the Pastor, the Wedding Coordinator or church office the week prior to the ceremony.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS
For Members of Country Bible Church and their children there is a usage fee of $400.00 to use the church for weddings. Non-members will pay an additional $200.  This fee includes: the building, grounds and parking lot, utilities, custodial services, lighting/sound booth and technical staff for the rehearsal and the day of the wedding as well as the services of the wedding coordinator prior to and including the rehearsal and wedding day. One half of this fee is required to reserve your date and the remainder is to be paid within 30 days of your wedding day. Initial deposit is refundable prior to 30 days of calendared event.

The couple is also responsible for paying the following people:

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE
We can provide extra services, such as:
Recorded DVD of your ceremony
Power point video presentation
Video taping of your wedding, etc.
We have a highly experienced staff member available to discuss these with you. Additional charges will apply.

Equipment moved or removed from the stage for your wedding is an additional fee of $150.00. We have screens available to place in front of equipment if you choose not to strike the stage. 

FELLOWSHIP HALL
The use of the Fellowship Hall is available only to members of Country Bible Church. There is a non-refundable fee of $300.00 required. Capacity is restricted to no more than 125 people. The following items are included:
round tables
 chairs
 kitchen workspace with sinks.
 All events are to conclude and area is to be cleaned by 11:00 p.m.
